Welcome to the

Lake Wisconsin Lions Club

Serving Our Community. Building Friendships. Making a Difference.

The Lake Wisconsin Lions are your neighbors. We believe that strong communities are built by people who step up and help one another. Throughout the year, you’ll find us serving pancakes at The MacKenzie Center’s Maple Fest Pancake Breakfast, laying out a golf course on the ice for the Eskimo Open, and hosting music, beer and family fun at Roar & Pour Oktoberfest.

You’ll also find us supporting local organizations, fighting hunger, conducting children’s vision screening, transporting tissue for the Lions Eye Bank of Wisconsin, hosting blood drives, and volunteering wherever there’s a need.

Every project has one goal: making the Lake Wisconsin area an even better place to live, work, and raise a family. But being a Lion is about more than volunteering. It’s about working alongside people who care about their community. It’s about sharing a meal, having fun, and knowing that the time you give makes a real difference close to home.

Whether you have an hour each month or want to become deeply involved, there’s a place for you in the Lake Wisconsin Lions Club.

Your local Lake Wisconsin Lions!

When you become a Lion, you’ll:

• Give back through meaningful community service projects.
• Help organize and host popular local events that bring families together.
• Support local charities, schools, youth programs, and community initiatives.
• Develop leadership skills while making a positive impact.
• Become part of Lions Clubs International — the world’s largest service organization — while serving your own community.
• Build lasting friendships with people from across the Lake Wisconsin area.
No special experience is needed. Just a willingness to lend a hand and a desire to make a difference.
Local Hearts. Global Impact.

The Lake Wisconsin Lions are proud to serve our local communities, but we’re also part of Lions Clubs International, the world’s largest service organization, with nearly 1.4 million members in more than 200 countries and geographic areas.

While our projects focus on the needs of Dekorra, Harmony Grove, Lodi, Poynette, and the surrounding Lake Wisconsin area, we’re united with Lions around the world in improving vision, fighting hunger, supporting young people, protecting the environment, providing disaster relief, and strengthening communities.

It all starts with neighbors helping neighbors.

Check Us Out at a Monthly Meeting

The best way to learn about the Lake Wisconsin Lions Club is simply to join us for a meeting. Meetings are casual and last about an hour.

We meet on the first Thursday of each month at 7pm at Remi’s Thirsty Moose (N3135 Co Rd V, Poynette, near Whalen’s Grade). Our meeting location changes when Remi’s Thirsty Moose closes briefly every spring and for our summer picnic.

Guests are always welcome. There is no obligation to join—just come, meet our members, ask questions, and see what we’re all about.

Check our calendar or Facebook page for the latest meeting information.
