A community nurtured mission to serve others

It all started with a community coming together…

The Lake Wisconsin Lions Club filed Articles of Incorporation to form a Club on October 19, 1985 as: The Lions Club of Lodi, Dekorra, Lake Wisconsin Area, Inc.

The initial Board of Directors were: Michael S. Patchak, Larry P. Wakefield and Lawrence Holzman.

There was then a request/application for a name amendment on January 1, 2001 to: Lake Wisconsin Lions Club, Inc.

The Club’s major fundraiser – The Eskimo Open – had its first year in 1987. This is “golfing on the ice” and proceeds from the event are returned to support the community.

The Club is also involved in numerous other activities to provide support to the community.
